Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Khelo Kolkata Sports Store.

1. Order cancellation

• You may request cancellation before the order is packed / shipped by contacting support as soon as possible.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible; you can use the return process after delivery where eligible.
• We may cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected misuse. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded as per section 4.

2. Returns & exchanges

• Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags/labels intact where applicable.
• Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, wrong item delivered, or damaged-in-transit products reported promptly with photos.
• Personalised / customised items, hygiene-sensitive products, and clearance/final-sale items may not be returnable unless defective.

3. How to raise a return

1. WhatsApp support with your order number, product name, and clear photos of the issue.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup / drop instructions.
3. After quality check, we will process exchange or refund.

4. Refunds

• Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection (or after cancellation confirmation).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. For cash-on-delivery or certain methods, refund may be provided via bank transfer / UPI as shared by you.
• Delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged or missing items

Please check your package on delivery. Report damaged, incomplete, or wrong shipments within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.

6. Non-returnable situations

• Products returned after the return window without approval.
• Items showing signs of use, wash, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
• Products without original packaging / invoice when required for verification.
